There is also a little communal garden through the back gate, which you can use and also smoke providing it doesn't bother other users. Please note that the back yard/garden is a very small area of around 8m2 only, with no furniture, however, the communal garden is a lovely space to chill out and unwind. (please always lock the gate and the back patio doors). 💰 Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £250 GBP is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout, provided no damage occurs during your stay. 🐾 Pet Fee: An additional pet fee will apply for guests bringing pets.
